DiSC® Assessment

Unlock the potential of your people and the power of your culture with the James Paul Group’s Extended DiSC® Assessment solution.

What Is DiSC®?

DiSC® is a self-assessment that measures how an individual prefers to interact with others. DiSC® creates a common language and a self-awareness to better understand ourselves and others.

YOUR SUCCESS

Your success is determined in large part by how well you interact with your employees and other people. Your ability to effectively relate, communicate, influence and motivate others is a crucial skill in succeeding in your profession and creating successful, long-term relationships with subordinates, managers, customers, prospects, colleagues, friends and family members.

Whether cultivating working relationships, developing managers, improving leadership effectiveness, confronting conflict with the power of a positive approach or unlocking the key to emotional intelligence, DiSC® will help you to understand and identify the strategies to meet the unique needs of your organization, and of your people.

The DiSC® model divides people into four main behavioral styles. Individuals are identified as either People-oriented or Task-oriented. They are further distinguished as Reserved or Active. The resulting personality profiles (DiSC® Profiles) are called:

D-style (Dominance)
I-style (Influence)
S-style (Steadiness)
C-style (Correctness)

The online DiSC® questionnaire takes only 10 minutes to complete. The assessment reports can be customized for all levels of the organization.

What Are Extended DiSC® Assessments?

Extended DiSC® is a suite of online DiSC assessments that identifies individuals’ hard-wired DiSC style. The results are tailored to your unique needs and preferences.
